All Resident/Fellows, Medical Students, Non-Physicians and Non-Exhibiting Industry professionals must provide contact information for their Surgical Chief/Dean/Nurse Director for verification purposes.

Registration and Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellations must be in writing to the AATS Administrative Offices. Direct your correspondence to: AATS, 800 Cummings Center, Suite 350V, Beverly, MA 01915 USA. You may also e-mail your correspondence to: meetings@aats.org. If written notice of cancellation is received at the AATS Administrative Offices on or before September 5, 2017, the registration fee, less a $100 USD administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 5th. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
