CME/CE Credits and Certificate of Attendance

The CME/CE Evaluation and Credits and Certificate of Attendance for the AATS Annual Meeting participants must be completed online at
http://ceu.experient-inc.com/aat121.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

• You will log in to the site using your last name and zip code. For all International Attendees, you will log in using your last name and your password is your country.
• For CME/CE purposes, we kindly ask that you complete a brief evaluation of the Annual Meeting. This provides the AATS leadership with valuable feedback to aid in the planning of future meetings.
• Upon completion of the survey, CME credit is available for MDs, DOs and PAs; CE credit is available for NPs and Perfusionists. All others will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
• If you registered for the Annual Meeting, but did not pick up your name badge, you will be unable to complete the evaluations, claim CME/CE credit of print your Certificate of Attendance.
