All registration fees paid onsite will be collected in USD. No foreign currency will be accepted. Only MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards are accepted.
CME/CE KIOSKS / LETTER OF ATTENDANCE Attendees may obtain CME (Continuing Medical Education) and CE credits and Letter of Attendance at the CME/CE Pavilion located on the 200 Level of the Convention Center adjacent to Registration. The CME/CE Pavilion computers will allow attendees to manage their CME/CE credits and Letter of Attendance for the Annual Meeting and/or email their information to their personal email address. At the end of the Annual Meeting, attendees may print their CME/CE certificate and/or Letter of Attendance.
Following the Annual Meeting, attendees may access their CME/CE information and/or Letter of Attendance online.

ICU OF THE FUTURE: INTERACTIVE EXHIBIT Sunday, May 8 – Tuesday, May 10 in Exhibit Hall A The AATS will feature Cardiac and General Thoracic OR displays and a related didactic session. An ICU of the Future will be showcased providing a first hand glimpse into what the future holds for CT surgical critical care.
HOSPITALITY SUITE The Hospitality Suite, located in Room 310 on the 300 Level of the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott, will be open during the following dates and times:

SPEAKER READY ROOM The Speaker Ready Room is located in 202AB of the PACC. It is critical that ALL speakers visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours before presenting to ensure their presentation has been properly loaded and any embedded video or media files work with the audiovisual system. Please note: presentations will NOT be loaded in the meeting rooms. Personal laptops will NOT be used in the session rooms.

AATS SPECIAL RECEPTION AT THE NATIONAL CONSTITUTION CENTER Tuesday, May 10, 2011 | 7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. $75 per person All Annual Meeting attendees, including exhibitor representatives, are encouraged to attend the Special Reception. Tickets may be purchased at the “Tickets and Tours” counters in the Registration Area located on the 200 Level Bridge of the PACC.
TRANSPORTATION Due to their close proximity to the Center, there will be no AATS-sponsored transportation from the meeting hotels to the PACC.
During the Tuesday evening Special Reception, shuttle buses will run continuously from 6:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. between the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott, Loews Philadelphia Hotel, the Philadelphia Downtown Courtyard and the Ritz Carlton Philadelphia to the National Constitution Center.
All tours depart from the West Side of the 12th Street entrance (under the tunnel) of the PACC.
WELCOME RECEPTION AND LUNCHES A Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Exhibit Hall A of the PACC. All registered members, non-members, allied health personnel, spouses and guests are invited to attend. Please note that children will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during the reception only and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any other time. Lunch will be available for purchase in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10. Professional registrants will be provided with a coupon ($10 value) found with their name badge to off set the cost of lunch. Complimentary morning and afternoon coffee breaks will also be held in Exhibit Hall A.
