Registration and Housing

Register for the 92nd Annual Meeting and reserve housing before March 30, 2012 to receive discounted registration fees and to secure your hotel. Hotel inventory can not be guaranteed after this date.

The AATS recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations for the 2012 Annual Meeting. The city of San Francisco and the hotel community have made a major commitment to the AATS for the competitive rates in quality hotels. If you require a room in San Francisco, we would appreciate it if you would review the list below and reserve your room at one of these official hotels. To begin the registration and housing process, please see the information below. You must be registered to secure a hotel room.

Attendees may register for the meeting three ways although online registration is strongly encouraged. Registrations will not be processed unless payment is received.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Advance Registration Pricing Deadline: March 30, 2012
After this date, all registration fees will increase. A credit card valid through May 2012 is required to confirm meeting registration and hotel accommodations. Forms received without a valid credit card and expiration date will not be processed. Housing may be reserved by providing a valid credit card number even if you are paying for the Annual Meeting registration by check.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellations and refunds for registration fees must be received by April 10, 2012. Refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting. Refunds are not available after April 10, 2012. Requests can be faxed to (301)-694-5124 or aats@experient-inc.com.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made via the web, fax, or mail will require a credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard) for guarantee purposes only. The credit card will guarantee your room for late arrival for the day of scheduled arrival only. Please note that the hotel may charge your card upon receipt of the rooming list on or after April 5, 2012. Any deposit the hotel charges to your card will be applied as a credit to your room folio. The hotel will also charge your card if you fail to cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy or if you no-show (Please check with hotel directly regarding their cancellation policy). Please be aware that early departure fees may also apply should the hotel not be notified of these changes in advance to their policy dates. It is the guest's responsibility to notify the hotels after April 5th, 2012 of any changes to an existing reservation. The last day to secure your hotel reservation is March 30th, 2012.

In order to avoid a (1) one night's room and tax charge, Individual reservations must be cancelled at least (72) seventy-two hours prior to scheduled arrival.

San Francisco InterContinental
In order to avoid a (1) one night's room and tax charge, Individual reservations must be cancelled at least (72) seventy-two hours prior to scheduled arrival. Departures prior to the departure date confirmed by the hotel at check-in will result in a charge of $50.

The W Hotel
Your reservation must be cancelled no later than 3:00 p.m. local hotel time, 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty of (1) one night's room and tax. Departures prior to departure date confirmed by the hotel at check-in will result in a charge of $250.

The Palace Hotel
Your reservation must be cancelled no later than 3:00 p.m. local hotel time, 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty of (1) one night's room and tax. Departures prior to departure date confirmed by the hotel at check-in will result in a charge of $250.

Acknowledgements: Meeting registration and housing accommodation acknowledgments will be sent within three to five business days of receipt of form. If an acknowledgment is not received within two weeks, contact AATS/Experient Customer Service at the number listed.
