Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50 will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guest's wishing to avoid this fee MUST advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival to avoid being charged one nights stay, including taxes.
The group reservation deadline has passed and the block of rooms contracted for the Aortic Symposium is currently sold out. You may continue to check with the Sheraton directly to see if any rooms become available. At this time, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis, at an INCREASED price.
